As a firm, we have been architect and engineer of record on projects across New York City as well as fabricator and designer for custom elements on each of our projects. This attention to detail paired with construction know-how and willingness to take things into our own hands allows us to offer truly complete design services.

Custom Furniture & Objects
Design and fabrication of custom one-of-a-kind furniture has allowed us to experiment with materials and forms, as well as build a network of custom metal, glass, and wood fabricators and craftspeople throughout the New York City area. Our work has won accolades at both US and international design exhibitions and has been featured in several publications.

Specialty Structural Engineering
Because we have experience in fabrication and construction, we bring more to the table than the typical design firm, which pays off for our clients both in better documents, fewer surprises during construction, and the opportunity to create custom solutions. With engineering capabilities in-house, we can provide the engineering design of the specialty elements of a building. Some examples include glass floors and balustrades, custom facades, cable supported structures, and architectural features such as canopies and custom entrances.
