FABRICATION

All of our custom woodwork and stone fabrication is done locally in the United States. We work exclusively with skilled fabricators that employ a combination of innovative technology and age-old craftsmanship to bring high-quality products to life.

STOCKED SLABS

We keep three versatile and classic stone options in stock: Carrara Marble, Pearl Limestone, and Nero Marquina Marble. Carrara is a classic white/gray stone with distinctive, subtle veining. When polished, it has a soft shine. Pearl Limestone is a beautiful, beige sedimentary rock with visible fragments of shells and coral embedded within it. When polished, limestone will have a buff, matte surface texture. Nero Marquina Marble has a black background with subtle and varied white veining. It polishes to a high shine for a glassy effect.

STONE TABLE TOPS

We carefully select our stone slabs for their natural beauty. When you place an order, your stone is cut to the desired size and shape, then polished to a smooth shine on the surface and the edges. We seal each piece after fabrication with a penetrating sealer to help reduce the risk of staining so you can feel comfortable using it day-to-day.

WOOD SUB-TOPS

Beneath each stone table top is a wood sub-top, which helps to support the slab and provide an attachment point for the wood base. This sub-top will be color-matched to the wood base you select for a cohesive, unified appearance.

WOOD BASES

Our table bases are available in three American hardwood wood species: Cherry, Oak, and Walnut. Cherry wood is a medium color, with reddish undertones and a straight grain. Oak, our lightest wood color, has a prominent grain pattern with a distinctive texture. Walnut is our darkest wood, chocolatey brown with a straight-to-wavy grain and figural richness. Our table bases are constructed from a combination of solid wood around the perimeter and veneered high-grade plywood for strength and stiffness.

METALS

Our metal components are powder-coated in the fabrication process for enhanced durability and longevity. We choose colors with timeless appeal – our white powder coat has a reflective, glossy finish and our black powder coat has a subdued, matte sheen.
